I found Stefan to be unique among real estate pros. First off, he applied no pressure what so ever at any time. Rather he kept informing me of the advantages of living in the part of Toronto I was aiming for and educating me of the present and previous sales of all the homes in those neighbourhoods hiding nothing from me. Thus allowing me to make an educated choice. When it came down to the purchase of my home his knowledge and research of the current market enabled him to negotiate a purchase price that was significantly lower than the list price.
